I AM passionate about good nutritious, plant based food. A healthy body serves a healthy mind and spirit. I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant, AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) Master-Instructor.
I learned at a young age that good health comes from not only from physical activity but from a good diet as well. Not only eating healthy, but living a healthy lifestyle is a main part in my life.
The Way I Eat
My way of eating is simple: I am a vegetarian, and I eat a lot of raw foods. But, I also take the best parts of many different diets and incorporate them into my own. Beyond that, I avoid processed foods as much as possible. I eat a lot of raw and cooked vegetables, leafy green vegetables, sea vegetables, root vegetables, fruits, beans, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, Non GMO foods, fermented foods and super foods. I buy as much in organic form as possible. I like to get a wide array of nutrients from as many plant based sources as possible. The amount of plant-based foods consumed have been proven to have a direct impact on overall health.
My goal is not to force a vegan lifestyle on anyone. My goal is to encourage you to explore the many health benefits, spiritual benefits, and the delicious cuisine that plant based diets have to offer.
Over the years I have studied many different modalities in the holistic field from nutrition to meditation and I have a vast knowledge of herbs, medicinal foods, and different diets, including vegetarian and macrobiotic.
I AM truly passionate and committed to health and wellness and I am motivated by knowing that anything is possible. It is very fulfilling for me to be able to help my clients achieve their goals. I want everyone to experience the wellness and vitality within their reach. I have a very warm, entertaining, and inspiring personality.
